Job description for Senior Account Executive at Quesscorp
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Co-ordinate creative and project management aspects of Creative Agency’s response to client brief.
- Obtain feedback from Client’s brand team.
- Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client’s promotional projects.
- Be responsible for day-to-day client servicing of assigned accounts & projects. With strategic, conceptual & implementation understanding of project, responsible for co-developing proposals in close coordination with line manager given clear briefs. Work with cross function department (creative, sourcing, operation…) to deliver a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget on time.
- Prepare weekly WIP (Work In Process) reports as required and other documents/materials for internal and external meetings.
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Assist all offline activities/events and arrange logistics for relevant parties.
- Support line manager with client’s PO, contract, and internal financial process
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree required, Master degree is plus
- Related working experience: at least 2 year(s) of working experience similar position related to Advertising field (preferably working with clients in FMCG, or Wines and Spirits Industries).
- Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.
- Good business sense and the ability to work on budgets.
- Good and aggressive client service skills to develop business with current accounts and new clients (if have).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Strong project management skills with discipline of follow ups.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to deal with challenges & ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiation skill along with good presentation capabilities.
