Job description
- Providing support to the Board of Directors
- Organizing, coordinating and attending board meetings, drafting and distributing minutes
- Responsible for minutes content and ensure that they reflect the decisions of the Board
- Ensuring the Board’ decision well implemented
- Preparing Materials and Presentations for the Board
- Arranging the logistics of transportation, lodging, meeting sites, and meals
- Responsible to maintain important corporate documents and records
- Serving as a liaison for directors, managers and third parties
- Reviewing and compiling Weekly Dashboard from whole Business Unit for the Board
- Ensuring the compliance of the Company
- Checking and reviewing the completeness of documents before being signed by the Board
- Tending to various other tasks as assigned.
External:
- Liaise between the company and third party or when needed with consultants, contractors, tenants, etc
- Attending external meetings, drafting and distributing minutes
- Following up any new/pending / outstanding tasks
- Tending to various other tasks as assigned by the Board
Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent in Microsoft Office is preferable • Details oriented
- Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Have at least 1 year experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant
- Have a good communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and problem solving
- Good in English for speaking, listening, and writing
- Able to maintaining and controlling documents
- Preferably from reputable University
