JOB VACANCY: ADMISSION OFFICER

A private school groups in Bali is looking for a dynamic, communicative, and service-oriented Admission Officer to join our team. If you are passionate about education and enjoy building meaningful connections with families, we want to hear from you!

Admission Officer is the "face of the school," responsible for managing the student recruitment process from initial inquiry to enrollment. They guide families through the educational offerings, conduct campus tours, and manage the administrative procedures for entrance testing and registration. Their goal is to build trust with parents and ensure a smooth, welcoming transition for new students.

Key Responsibilities

  • School Ambassador: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, providing detailed information about the school’s vision, mission, curriculum, facilities, and fee structure across all communication channels.
  • School Tours: Conduct personalized campus tours, highlighting the school’s unique strengths and environment.
  • Parental Guidance: Consult with and guide prospective parents to help them make informed decisions regarding their child’s education.
  • Lead Management: Diligently follow up with prospective parents and students to manage the enrollment pipeline.
  • Admissions Processing: Ensure all admission procedures are implemented effectively and coordinate entrance test schedules with the academic team.
  • Results Coordination: Communicate entrance test results and manage follow-ups for re-tests or waiting lists.
  • Event Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of Open House programs, school events, and student sharing sessions.
  • Outreach: Proactively communication with parents about school’s event/activity/news information through various media.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong intercultural communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative Skills: Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and highly initiative.
  • Personality: Friendly, honest, and possessing a strong "spirit of service."
  • Teamwork: Enthusiastic team player capable of working in a collaborative environment.
