Job description for Sales at PadelTop

Padeltop.id is one of Indonesia's leading padel equipment retailers, and we're expanding our team. We're looking for a Sales Executive who's people-first, results-driven, and genuinely passionate about sports.

This role puts you at the center of the customer experience — from helping first-timers find their first racket to serving regulars who already know exactly what they want. It's a hands-on, floor-level role where your personality and hustle matter just as much as your sales record.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in finding the right products, both walk-in and through online channels.

- Work toward and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with the local padel community.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate sales data and reports in our internal system.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.

- Strong interpersonal skills — you're comfortable talking to anyone.

- Goal-oriented mindset; you take ownership of your numbers.

- Able to commit to working on-site (this is not a remote position).

- A background in padel, tennis, badminton, or any racket sport is a definite advantage.
