Winson Hicare Jaya is a new trusted company in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at Indonesia . As to support our growing business, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Experience in Medical, Health & Wellbeing industries will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Actively promote and sell our range of TCM products to clients, including herbal remedies, supplements, and related healthcare products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including clinics, pharmacies, and health stores.
- Conduct product presentations and provide education on TCM benefits to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or TCM industry.
- Better understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Speaks English / Mandarin ( preferable)
