📝 Job Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement
• Welcome and approach customers confidently
• Build friendly and natural conversations
• Introduce ISOK products and flavor recommendations
• Educate customers about the product experience
• Provide excellent customer service

Sales & Promotion

• Drive product trial and sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Upsell suitable product options
• Encourage repeat purchase and customer loyalty

Brand Representation

• Maintain a premium and professional appearance
• Ensure the ISOK booth/display area remains clean and attractive
• Deliver a luxury hospitality experience

Reporting

• Submit daily sales reports
• Share customer feedback and popular flavor insights
• Provide competitor and market insights from the field

✅ Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

1. Female, 20–30 years old
2. Has a pleasant appearance and professional attitude
3. Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking with new people
4. Enjoys hospitality, lifestyle, and social environments
5. Has strong communication and persuasion skills
6. Disciplined and responsible
7. Willing to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays
8. Comfortable working in restaurants, lounges, and nightlife venues

⭐ Bonus Points If You:

1. Have experience as SPG, Brand Ambassador, or hospitality staff
2. Understand premium lifestyle, coffee, fashion, or nightlife culture
3. Speak English and can communicate with foreign customers
4. Have experience handling international guests

## !! Preferably residing in Batavia PIK Jakarta or surrounding areas, possessing a personal vehicle (at least a motorcycle), and holding a valid Class C driver's license.
