Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade Sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in planning and executing trade promotion programs.
- Well-connected with key decision-makers in Modern Trade accounts and capable of building strong business relationships.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A), able to drive, and willing to travel for business purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned Modern Trade accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key account stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activities, and business opportunities.
- Execute and monitor trade promotion programs to maximize sales performance.
- Coordinate with outlets and internal teams to ensure effective program implementation.
- Conduct regular market visits and business trips to support account development and growth.
