Job description SALES MANAGER PT. SATRIA DEWA STUDIO
- To initiate, co-ordinate and finalize new business and contract renewals and to ensure that these are in line with the overall business directions and category objectives.
- To work with specific key retailers to drive and maximize the business opportunity through regular business reviews.
- To work with the Finance Dept. the collection of the Account Receivables and the administration and execution of the contract.
- To be involved in the art/design approval process and to work closely with the Creative Team in ensuring that the licensee delivers the best products at retail and to consistently work towards best products or innovative product development.
- To work with licensees to systematically identify and deliver best products or merchandise at retail and to develop key retail channels (eg. Hypermarkets, Department Stores and Convenience Stores) and to develop strategies in conjunction with the major retail accounts.
- To work with licensees to identify new and improve on existing product sourcing of best products & distribution solutions.
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree from reputable university
- Working knowledge of the local consumer/retail market
- Min of 7 years working experience with at least 5 year of solid sales experience in licensing, advertising agency, promotion company, and/or retail buyer
- Understanding of character licensing will be preferred
- Solid background in Lifestyle products or Retail industry will be an advantage
- Extensive network in the related industry, especially in retail
- Fluent English (Oral and Written), Mandarin will be an advantage
- Professional working attitude, mature and assertive
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Preferably live around West Jakarta or Tangerang
