We are looking for experienced Sales Manager to join us. We are offering attractive reward scheme to talented leaders to working in a multicultural and dynamic working environment.
Allowance: 12 million – 30 million per month
Bonus: Uncapped. You can earn as much as you can.
Job descriptions:
1. Informing the products and services to prospective customers and
screening customers according to existing requirements
2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the
sales teams
3. Coaching and manage the daily performance of the sales teams
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by
partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Present sales and realistic forecasts to the management team
Requirement:
· Bachelor Degree or above
· Successful 3 years’ experience as a Sales Leader or Sales Manager
· Strong business sense and industry expertise
· Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and
conferences.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly
and effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
