Job description for Sales Girl at Kabann Home
PT Duduk Manis is a furniture trading company located in Seminyak, Badung. We are currently looking for a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to join Kabann Home. Kabann Home is part of PT Duduk Manis, a wabi-sabi concept shop that celebrates the beauty of imperfection. We curate and sell furniture, dining ware, kitchen equipment, and home accessories made from natural and organic materials.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and basic product knowledge (furniture materials, features, pricing, etc.)
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Support sales process and help achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle basic customer inquiries and follow up when needed
- Work with the sales team to ensure smooth order and delivery process
Requirements:
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales / Retail / Customer Service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to speak English (basic conversational level)
- Strong product knowledge awareness and willingness to learn furniture products
- Sales-oriented, confident, and target-driven
- Well-groomed, friendly, and customer-focused
- Willing to work in shifts
