Job description for Sales Executive at Besthostels Indonesia

Responsibilities :
● Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum/quarterly / monthly/weekly.
● Creating campaign ideas.
● Lead, coach, and direct sales team to achieve sales targets.
● Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
● Formulate pricing policies.
● Ensure pricing between OTA's
● Attend trade shows to identify new services and products.
● Build a new customer base to maximize sales.
● Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
● Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.
● Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.
● Ensure merchandise ready to be displayed clean.
● Approve contracts with vendors.
● Analyze financial and operating statements for profitability ratios.
● Ensure promotions are in with company’s standards.
● Utilize ICT for data analysis, to record sales figures and forward planning.
● Monitor local competitors.
● Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets & goals.
● Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
● Meet all sales quotas and goals
● Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
Requirements :
● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
● At least 3-4 years experience in customer support, sales or a related field
● Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership.
● Having good skill in presentation, analytical skills and problem solving
● Have good command in English, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong leadership skills that motivate the Sales team to perform beyond expectation
● Challenge achieve target, creative, able to work under pressure and independent.
● A Degree with emphasis on sales or marketing or business.
● Demonstrated and proven sales results
● In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
● Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
● Ability to multi-task.
● Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
● Willing to travel.
● Fun, young and energetic.
