Job description for Sales Executive at PT. Pelita Promo Internusa

PT. PROMO INTERNUSA

An International Trade Fair Organizer is seeking for highly motivated and young energetic person to fill in the position:

SALES EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree Marketing or equivalent

2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

3. Fluent in English (in speech and correspondence)

4. Ability in the Mandarin language is a plus

5. Have an experience in exhibition sales is a plus

6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels

7. Computer literate in MS Office application

8. Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

1. Involve in the preparation of sales inquiries, quotation & order processing

2. Handle incoming calls and customer's inquiries

3. Coordinate and assist all type of indoor and outdoor sales inquiries

4. Assisting in marketing actions plan: updating of customers profiles, informing customers on new products, surveying on customer’s requirement etc

5. Generate reports as and when assigned by the Manager
