  • Pria/wanita berusia maks 35 tahun.
  • Berpengalaman sebagai bisnis development minimal 2th.
  • Rajin, Cekatan, Disiplin, Energik.
  • Berperan serta aktif dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.
  • Memiliki loyalitas kerja yang tinggi & kesehatan yang baik.
  • Memiliki skill Marketing dan teknik negosiasi yang baik.
  • Tidak malu untuk bertemu dan membangun relasi dengan orang baru.
  • Mampu memikirkan strategi dan tujuan untuk meningkatkan profit bisnis.
  • Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menjaga relasi dengan pihak eksternal maupun internal perusahaan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris yang baik.

  • Menarik klien baru dan mengawasi proses penjualan untuk keperluan bisnis.
  • Bekerja secara individu maupun tim untuk mencaritahu dan mengatur resiko perusahaan.
  • Mencaritahu dan meneliti kesempatan baru di dalam pasar.
  • Menyiapkan dan memberikan presentasi kepada calon klien.
  • Berkomunikasi dengan klien untuk mengerti akan kebutuhan dan memberikan solusi terhadap masalah terkait.
  • Memberikan jumlah penjualan sesuai dengan objektif penjualan.
  • Membuat hubungan harmonis jangka panjang dengan klien dan calon klien.
