Job description for Sales Executive (SaaS) at Nimbly Technologies
- Act on leads generated, properly qualified and set up by the SDR team
- Identify any other target sales and partnership opportunities
- Conduct product presentations to key prospects
- Understand the customers' requirements and manage a full sales cycle
- Maintain relationships and rapport with existing and potential clients
- Oversee customer account management, including contract negotiation and agreements
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Identify areas of improvement in the Sales Process
- Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to better serve our customers
- Having a customer-first “ready to help” mentality with all client accounts
- Ensure accurately tracking and forecasting in Salesforce
- 3-5 years of Tech / Software Sales experience, preferably a SaaS solution
- If you do not have SaaS Sales experience, relevant industry experience can also be considered
- Bilingual: English (Proficient) and Bahasa ID (Fluent)
- Strong prospecting abilities and track record of building new business
- Proven track record of success and over-achievement of quotas
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions for a complex product
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
- Have a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
