Required

  • Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with canvassing, pitching, and acquiring new customers.
  • Willingness to participate in field activities, events, and direct promotions.
  • Target-oriented and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Must have a personal cell phone and laptop for work-related activities.
  • Residents of East Java (Surabaya and surrounding areas)

Plus Points

  • Experience in fintech, paylater, leasing, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
  • Has a network with electronics, gadget, furniture, or high-value consumer goods retailers.
  • Understanding of financing or installment concepts is a plus.

Job Description

  • Drive customer acquisition, including attracting new users to the company’s products
  • Conduct offline and online promotional activities to increase the number of users and transactions for the company’s products
  • Initiate and execute promotional programs
  • Identify, acquire, and build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Organize and execute promotional events
  • Educate potential users on how to use the company’s products
  • Assist with partner onboarding
  • Achieve sales targets, as well as customer and partner acquisition goals
  • Gather market insights
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, promotional, and event activities
