Job description for Sales (Casting Business) - Manufacture at RGF HR Agent Indonesia

About The Company:

⦁ The working venue is in Cikande, Banten

⦁ Our client is an Automotive Parts (Manufacturing) company. Currently, they are looking for a Sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients in target industries (Automotive, Construction Machinery, etc.).
  • Sales Account Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Sales Operations: Handle quotations, price negotiations, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
  • Reporting: Develop sales plans and provide regular progress reports directly to the President Director.
  • Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Casting Industry (Mandatory).
  • More than a high conversational level English *Japanese speaker is a plus.
  • Strong networking in the casting or related metal industry; ability to work independently as a player-manager.
