Job description for SALES ASSOCIATE at District Eight
YOUR WORK:
- Ensure to deliver comprehensive brand and products information to customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent presentation and sales services.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and insights via excellent interpersonal skills.
- Build and maintain effective relationship with customers.
- Manage point-of-sales, order processing including order processing with Merchandising team, manage deliveries, customer service, contract and invoicing.
- Identify and implement, when it is appropriate, upselling and cross selling tactics. - Keep track of inventory and maintain showroom representation.
- Manage and process pre-sales and aftersales requests.
- Daily and monthly report to HQ.
- Assist in all events organized at the showroom and any other day-to-day activities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience in similar positions.
- An associate degree in related field.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
- Experience or passion in furniture, design, interior design is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Well-presented, well organized, and professional.
- Basic computer and administration skills.
