As a Sales Representative (SALES), you will be responsible for driving business growth through direct interactions with customers, building long-term strategic relationships, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will design effective sales strategies, manage the customer portfolio, and ensure the achievement of set sales targets. In addition, you will coordinate closely with the marketing and operational teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services and products to our clients.
This position is office-based (On-site) at our Kosambi facility, requiring high mobility for direct field visits to customers and industrial factories. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1), 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, and competencies in Customer Service, Customer Engagement, Sales Strategy, English, Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Communication Skills, Sales Management, B2B Sales, and Account Management.
Required Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Preferred Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) or Japanese is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong plus.
