Job description for Sales & Marketing at Cad Drafting Singapore Pte Ltd
- Develop business by cold calling to source for new customers.
- Attend email and phone call, help customers with requirements in detail.
- Prepare quotation and follow up with all prospective sales.
- Manage project from start to completion.
- Coordinates between clients and operation to carry out necessary work schedule.
- Elevate complaints to management.
- Perform on-site visits.
- Constantly update website’s blog and social media with completed projects.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve all websites under Company.
- Digital marketing, including website, social media, content marketing and digital advertising.
- Optimise all assigned campaigns in the form of Google Ads, Facebook, offline and EDM campaigns.
- Ad hoc assignment assigned by the management.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business/Construction or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
- Possess basic knowledge in (AutoCAD / Revit – Architectural / Revit - Structural)
- Excellent Facilitation and Presentation Skills.
- Ability to translate knowledge into skills.
- Ability to drive application of skills in a Business Environment.
- A team player with sense of responsibility.
- Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Preferred knowledge or skills: Search Engine Marketing (Google), Social Media Paid Advertising (Facebook, Instagram).
