Ignite marketing's mission is to shape and empower the future of work. As Sales and Marketing Associate, we stand at the frontline, spearheading and charting the growth of the Company.
We started humbly from SouthEast Asia and is growing fast. We are looking to bet on our next rockstar who can learn and grow together with us. You will be part of the early team to shape and accelerate the growth of the company and be involved creating the sales pipeline for the sales rep. If you are a go-getter who naturally puts yourself in the shoes of customers and is fascinated with challenges and growth, we would love to hear from you!
You will be required to:
Generate leads, Meeting minutes as well as Proposals
Conducts online research and leads prospecting
Strive to maximize department revenue and meet or exceed individual and team targets
Coach, train, develop and assist in career development at the individual and team level
Regularly monitor individual productivity metrics for the team
Develop and monitor performance plans to include developing action plans based on daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of all performance metrics
Assist with hiring and workforce planning
Pre-requisites:
A Team Player - Someone who works to build a team environment with strong morale, positive energy, consultative and
goal-oriented culture
A Keen Leaner - In a young millennial working environment, exchanging ideas and managing differences
Good Ability in Google Sheet/Google Docs - Managing Huge Customer Based, Preparing Proposals
