Job description for Sales & Marketing Manager (Islamic Education) at Darul Haafizhiin
Darul Haafizhiin is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with parents, understands customer needs, and is passionate about Islamic education. You will be responsible for growing awareness of Darul Haafizhiin, generating enquiries and converting prospective parents into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle enquiries from parents via WhatsApp, phone and social media.
* Follow up with prospective parents and support student enrolment.
* Present school programmes and answer parents’ enquiries.
* Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
* Plan and support marketing campaigns, events and promotions.
* Manage and grow Darul Haafizhiin’s social media presence.
* Build strong relationships with parents and prospective families.
* Support the growth of Darul Haafizhiin’s brand and student enrolment.
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
* 1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident in communicating with parents and handling enquiries.
* Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media.
* Target-oriented and good at follow-up.
* Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
* Experience in education/school admissions is an advantage.
* Proficiency in teamwork, social media management, sales and marketing strategies, communication, education consulting, and Microsoft Office applications is required.
