Your Role
· Develop professional rapport with the clients and build positive brand loyalty.
· Provide post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
· Manage and ensure operational excellence in all aspects of sales and operations.
· Manage showroom day to day activities which includes greeting of walk-in customers, handling of inquiries and assisting them with their orders and purchases.
· Orders processing including stock checking, order creation, and tracking order fulfilment.
· Manage all sales and customer related enquiries and requests.
· Serve existing clients and follow up on leads.
· Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and to resolve customer issues.
The Intern Profile
· Minimally an O/A Level or diploma holder.
· Relevant sales or customer service experience.
· Pleasant and courteous with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Effectively bilingual, particularly in English and Mandarin.
