Job description for Sales and Business Development lead at Talenesia

Job Description

Bertanggung jawab memimpin operasional Sales dan Business Development untuk memastikan proses akuisisi siswa, pengelolaan partner magang, serta pelaksanaan program magang berjalan efektif, terstruktur, dan sesuai target perusahaan.

Posisi ini berperan sebagai penghubung antara strategi yang ditetapkan oleh Business Development & Sales Manager dengan eksekusi operasional oleh tim Sales dan Business Development, sehingga seluruh aktivitas berjalan secara optimal dan memberikan pengalaman terbaik bagi siswa maupun partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Management & Productivity: Memimpin, mengembangkan, dan memonitor performa Education Consultant; menetapkan target operasional, KPI, coaching, serta memastikan seluruh aktivitas penjualan berjalan sesuai SOP dan sales playbook yang terbarui.
  • Sales Strategy & Acquisition Execution: Menerjemahkan strategi penjualan menjadi rencana eksekusi; memonitor efektivitas sales funnel (lead hingga pembayaran); serta berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing untuk meningkatkan jumlah leads dan conversion.
  • Payment Management & Student Operations: Mengelola monitoring pembayaran siswa (mingguan/bulanan); melakukan review & approval invoice penagihan; serta menangani proses pengunduran diri, penundaan batch, hingga memberikan solusi keringanan pembayaran siswa.
  • Internship Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Menyusun strategi akuisisi partner magang; mengawasi proses dari canvassing hingga penandatanganan PKS bersama BD Intern; serta menjaga hubungan jangka panjang (renewal & evaluasi kerja sama) dengan partner.
  • Internship Placement & Partner Operations: Memastikan ketersediaan partner magang sesuai kebutuhan siswa; mengawal proses plotting magang agar sesuai SLA; serta memastikan partner menjalankan tahapan program (evaluasi bulanan & administrasi kontrak/sertifikat).
  • Customer & Partner Issue Management: Menjadi escalation point untuk isu operasional yang membutuhkan koordinasi lebih lanjut dan memastikan setiap kendala siswa/partner diselesaikan secara efektif lintas fungsi.
  • CRM, Reporting & Process Improvement: Mengelola CRM dan pipeline penjualan/partnership agar selalu akurat; menyusun laporan performa berkala; serta memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk perbaikan proses kerja.

Job Requirements

  • Pengalaman Kerja: Minimal 3 tahun di bidang Sales, termasuk pengalaman memimpin tim sales (inbound, outbound, atau telesales) dengan rekam jejak yang terbukti. Pengalaman di bidang Pendidikan, Business Development, Partnership, atau B2B Sales akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Pendidikan & Organisasi: Lulusan dari Top University dan memiliki pengalaman berorganisasi atau memimpin suatu organisasi.
  • Leadership & Grit: Memiliki kemampuan memimpin, membina, dan memotivasi tim; memiliki daya juang tinggi (grit), serta tangguh di lingkungan yang dinamis dan cepat berubah.
  • Skill Penjualan & Data: Menguasai Consultative/Solution Selling dengan siklus penjualan kompleks; bersifat Data-Driven (mampu menganalisis data penjualan dan market research untuk pengambilan keputusan).
  • Komunikasi & Hubungan: Kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang sangat baik; mampu berkolaborasi lintas fungsi (Marketing, Learning, Operations, Finance) serta memiliki Relationship Management yang kuat.
  • Karakter: Memiliki Growth Mindset (terbuka terhadap feedback), empati yang tinggi, serta Emotional Intelligence dalam menangani masalah pelanggan/partner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Terbiasa bekerja efektif dan efisien menggunakan AI tools untuk mendukung produktivitas kerja.

Additional Information

Lokasi Kerja: Jakarta (Sistem kerja mengikuti ketentuan WFH/WFO perusahaan yang berlaku).
