Job description for Sales Admin Assistant (JB) at Viskou Technology Sdn Bhd
Responsibility:
- Maintaining and updating customer records. 维护并更新客户记录。
- Assisting department manager with assigned departmental tasks. 协助部门经理完成指定的部门任务。
- Communicating with customers via call, whats-app or email to address inquiries. 通过电话、WhatsApp或电子邮件与客户沟通,解答客户疑问。
- Entering sales orders in the system. 在系统中录入销售订单。
Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 文凭/学士学位或同等学历。
- Strong communication skills, team player. 较强的沟通能力,具有团队合作精神。
- Familiar with MS Office. 熟悉MS Office。
- Experience in sales admin/assistant related would be an added advantage. 拥有销售行政/助理相关经验者优先考虑。
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 具有团队合作精神及较强的沟通和人际交往能力。

1. Work in JB 工作地点:新山(JB)
2. Attractive salary package 优渥薪资方案。
3. EPF/SOCSO/EIS, Allowance 公积金和津贴。
4. Working Day: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 1pm 工作时间:周一至周五 9:00-18:00,周六 9:00-13:00。
