Oxar is an end-to-end distribution partner for consumer brands in Indonesia. We manage the full commercial journey, from multi-warehouse e-commerce operations to offline channel coverage, so our brand partners can focus on building their products while we handle the complexity of getting them to market.
The Role
You'll lay the foundation for Oxar's offline distribution, from store databases and operational frameworks (order cycles, store visits, delivery standards) to salesman management and third-party coordination, starting with our first coverage area and scaling from there.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage store coverage from existing relationships into a structured operational model, including store databases, order cycles, payment terms, and delivery standards
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise internal salesmen; coordinate with third-party outsourcing partners
- Define coverage areas per salesman, visit schedules, call productivity targets, and field KPIs
- Execute distribution across priority channels: local offline e-commerce, cosmetic stores, and local modern trade
- Monitor sell-in vs. sell-out per store, identify underperforming accounts, and drive corrective actions
Document distribution SOPs as a scalable foundation for expansion into new areas
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Management, Business, or related disciplines preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in offline distribution, FMCG, or consumer goods
- Proven experience managing salesmen or field teams directly
- Solid understanding of channel coverage: cosmetic stores, general trade, modern trade, or local offline e-commerce
- Familiar with distribution systems: order taking, delivery, payment terms, and stock management
- Strong field problem-solving skills and not afraid to execute from zero
- Willing to be based or travel based on coverage area needs
Nice to Have
- Experience launching or building distribution in a new city or region
- Existing relationships with cosmetic stores, general trade, or local modern trade retailers
