Job description for Revenue Associate (Hospitality/ OTA/ Start up background) at PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia
Revenue team is the one who will build all revenue-streaming strategies from scratch, ranging from developing channel partners for the right growth stage, to efficient planning and executing market-site visits. Internal Revenue Associate is the one who ensures the implementation of the revenue strategies that have been developed by the Revenue Executive on a daily basis. This role is more than just checking and reporting the OTA revenue streams, but preparing the coordination across team members who deal with it constantly.
On a daily basis, the Revenue Associate will develop, service, and grow relationships with channel partners. This role includes doing things like developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners, selling rooms for Group and B2B partners, setting up price and promotion for OTA (Online Travel Agent) and Direct Booking (App, Website, WA) and also registering our branches on those channels. This role also includes doing things like developing strategy for the usage of Vending Machine (finding and deciding the right concept, product, and partners for the vending machine). And for future development creating the plan for the development of locker as one of the future revenue streams.
Internal Revenue Associate have to be excellent communicators. You must be active listeners who take the time to comprehend what others say and then use the information you learn to build relationships. You have to be socially perceptive and aware of nonverbal cues to feel out how negotiation is going, and be able to adjust accordingly. Internal Revenue Associate also have to be innovative in their quest to help their channel partners effectively sell their product. In addition to these skills and personality traits.
Responsibilities:
Maintain engagement with each selected 3rd party agent channels (Online Travel Agents / OTA) and direct web and mobile apps mechanism
Coordinate and maintain performance in specific OTA for all Bobobox branch
Checking and decide which promotions that suitable for properties in all areas - Ensure the price parity across OTA's and direct web and mobile apps
Accountable for OTA Targets (per OTA and area-based targets)
Discuss with OTA Channels on what needs to be done in order to improve the conversion
Content, Reviews & Special opportunity on each channel
Performance movement
Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota for every site of Bobobox Places which are 80% occupancy for every daily site with different revenue targets for every daily site.
Requirements:
Degree in hospitality management or similar
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Familiar with OTA extranets and channel manager
Demonstrates a positive attitude and confidence and can be a great team player when required
Is very self motivated, analytically detailed and results driven and can show a proven history of this.
Excellent communication, relationship and negotiation skills
Operates with an entrepreneurial spirit and likes to lead rather than follow.
Pre Opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage
Hybrid work arrangement : Bandung Head office and remote working
