Job description for Retention Staff at PT NETTOCYBER INDONESIA (VELO NETWORKS)

Job Description :

  1. Responsible for protect customer retention from churn & downgrade by survival VELOShip, Customer visit, Survival action from price competition and SLA Issue.
  2. Maintaining and protect customer.
  3. Persue churn & downgrade cases result below company budget per year.
  4. Increase customer lifetime value by involve and support customer engagement : Community event (Customer gathering), Customer Visit, Monitoring contract renewal status.
  5. Customer pricing calculation for retention cases.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Age between 26–31 years old.
  3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Retention, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, or related fields.
