Job description for Retail Associate (Full-time) at First Stitch
Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm (with half an hour lunch break)
Location: Tiong Bahru 58 Seng Poh Road #01-21 Singapore 160058 (Opposite Tiong Bahru Market)

Job description:
- Be a brand ambassador and exude the brand's values (excellent service and quality) to everyone who enters our store
- Demonstrate a good understanding of our clothing materials, cut and fit to answer to customer's queries
- Keep the retail space clean and tidy
- Checking out and closing duties
- Organising and replenishing the stock in our storeroom
- Packing and fulfilment of online orders
- Create a wonderful environment for our customers to shop in!
Who we're looking for:
- Able to commit for at least 12 months
- Able to work on at least one day on the weekend
- Passionate about fashion and fond of First Stitch's style and offering of clothes
- A team player who's able to work well with others
- A self-starter who takes initiative to do what's best for the store and customers
- Have some experience in any customer-facing roles in a retail environment
