Job Description:
- Research and evaluate market opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
- Coordinate the effort of a large team of diverse creative employee
- Create an overall marketing strategy and plan for the existing product
- Compose the day-to-day report
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or equivalent from reputable university
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in Sales, B2B Marketing, Telesales is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong communication experience (i.e public speaking, sales) and negotiation skills are welcome to apply.
- Familiar and skilled with chemical products, written communication, market research, visual communication, and creative services
- Excellent and confident in verbal communication
- Strong in English, especially in verbal and written communication
- A target driven individual equipped with the ability to maintain a positive mental attitude
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Willing to learn and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Maximum age 30
- Based in Surabaya, East Java
