JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Communicating with Indonesian (handle check-in and check-out operations).
- Entering customer data in the VHP system
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on by telephone, answering or reffering inquiries as soon as they arrive at the office
- Provide information and services according to guests needs
- Coordinate with related department regarding guest needs and record them according work procedures
- Receive and follow up complaints from guest to be solved with good coordination with related department
