Job description for Relationship Manager at Dompet Kilat
Responsibilities
· Reaching out to SMEs through emailing and networking and various channels
· Prospecting of corporate financial products/solutions to local SMEs
· Manage and develop a portfolio of SME customers with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with clients
· Identify and develop relationships with new prospective clients.
· Continuously maintain an updated relation with strategic PIC of existing clients
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor holder
· Minimum of 2 years sales experience in relationship management, preferably financial institutions
· Confident presentation skills and a professional manner
· Strong communication, self – motivation, interpersonal and analytical skills
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
· Articulate, persuasive and influential verbal communication skills
· Prior experience in working in fintech or a bank is a plus.
