Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang recruitment minimal 3 tahun.
Mampu melakukan screening dan interview kandidat.
Komunikatif, teliti, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
Menguasai platform recruitment dan administrasi HR.

Tanggung Jawab:

Membuat dan mempublikasikan lowongan pekerjaan.
Melakukan screening CV dan seleksi kandidat.
Melakukan interview dan assessment kandidat.
Mengatur jadwal proses recruitment.
Berkoordinasi dengan user terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja.
Menyiapkan laporan dan administrasi recruitment.
