Job description for Regional Development Manager at Bagscity
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets
- Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores operation on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service.
- Create weekly and monthly sales report with analysis and improvement plans and present to Management (along with market field conditions, competitors activities, etc)
- Maintain and ensure stores and counters product stock is available (inventory management), and involved in merchandise buying
- Maintain relationship with Dept Stores/Tenant relations
- Evaluate stores and counters performance
- Develop and evaluate individual performance
- Coordinate with Marketing to create promotional program
- Minimal Bachelor degree, preferably in Business or similar field
- 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations with retail experience
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office and Internet skills are mandatory
- 3 years of experience as Regional Manager position
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team
- Project/Team Leading Management skills
- Initiative and target-oriented individual
- Excellent people skills
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta/Surabaya/Bali
- Willing to travel across Indonesia
