Job description for Regional Coordinator Surabaya at PT Prima Vista Solusi
- Membuat report pekerjaan operasional regional berupa report perdin, report lembur, report petty cash, serta report performance kegiatan CM PM dan report asset agar performance regional dapat terukur.
- Monitor request dari tim Preparasi dan account untuk kegiatan operasional CM (deployment, tarik, replace, roll out, stand by event, pengiriman kertas thermal) yang didistribusikan ke Technical Support (TS) agar kegiatan operasional berjalan sesuai SLA.
- Membuat jadwal touring PM ke wilayah ring 2 dan ring 3 untuk kegiatan visit bulanan dan memeriksa pencapaian PM versus target.
- Membuat perhitungan visit insentif TS dan input insentif TS dan memeriksa laporan stok EDC dan kelengkapannya.
- Monitor penggunaan petty cash dan perdin serta membuat laporan petty cash dan perdin yang selanjutnya dipertanggungjawabkan ke Finance agar penggunaan dana dapat terpantau dengan baik.
- Melakukan kunjungan ke klien dan site visit ke Service Point minimal 1 kali dalam 6 bulan agar pekerjaan di Service Point dapat terkontrol.
- Memotivasi, mengevaluasi, mengarahkan dan mengembangkan tim regional agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan bersemangat.
- Pendidikan minimum S1 dari jurusan apa pun dengan IPK > 3.00.
- Berorientasi pada detail, komunikasi yang baik dan keterampilan interpersonal, memiliki kepemimpinan yang baik, kerja tim dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Pengetahuan yang baik tentang MS Excel dan database.
- Memiliki min 5 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait.
- Memiliki domisili dan bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya.
