Job description

Recruit Merchant Sales team that will be an extension of the Region Champion.
Monitor the team to run according to the target & schedule.
Make daily & weekly reports.
Evaluate the work of the team.
Motivate the team to reach the target.
Assist mapping strategies & acquisition potential for Merchant Sales teams.
Analyzes acquisitions & team visits whether they are on target & maximum.
Create a route or schedule a new visit to the Merchant Sales team.

Requirements
A Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields may be preferred
Min. 5 years of experience required, depending on past sales experience and industry
Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods
Having good sales and negotiation skills
Able to lead and motivate teams
Understand technology, budgeting, and report writing skills
Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
