Job Description
Recruitment is a high-touch business where you will get to interact and work with senior clients, and as well make a direct impact on both organizations and individuals through your career recommendations. This is also a sales role, and your remuneration will be directly proportionate to your efforts and contributions. Your career progression is entirely meritocratic, and you will truly be able to carve your own success.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Business Development of local and global clientele.
· To establish and build a strong working relationships with International companies, especially in the Asia Pacific region, with HQ in Singapore
· Manage and execute full recruitment process such as job postings, talent search, coordination of interviews and meetings, offering and negotiating of contract, etc.
· Able to identify and attract candidates through multi-channels platform
· Regulars reporting to management on market research, mapping, sourcing/recruitment strategies, etc.
· This role will require training, guiding and leading a team of in-house recruitment consultants.
· Familiar with MOM regulations including work pass applications

Requirements:
· Min 1 years of Employment Agency working experience
· Proven Sales and Experienced past records
· Possess Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
· Team player and able to work well within all levels of the organization
· Flexible working arrangements can be arranged
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned
