Job description for Recruitment Intern at Jack
- Assisting end to end recruitment process, which involves sourcing & screening
- Scheduling all recruitment events and selection process to all stakeholders
- Helping HR to manage all documentation related to recruitment process
- Assisting HR in handling all administrative tasks
- Actively involve in company engagement activities
- Helping HR with all General Affairs related tasks
- Final year students/ fresh graduates majoring in Psychology.
- For final year students, preferably students with no active classes; or students who are working on their thesis.
- Passionate about people and have aspirations in Human Resources.
- Have good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented individuals, and have great adaptation skills.
- Proactive and have high initiatives.
