Job description for Receptionist at Bs Groups
- Perform receptionist, front desk duties including administrative and cashiering support.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Ad hoc duties.
- Candidate should possess at least a GCE N level certificate and above with a minimum of 0-2 years relevant experience in Customer Service.
- Entry-level or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin (as candidates are required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Possess an outgoing personality, highly motivated, comfortable with speaking to potential customers over the phone, and customer-oriented.
- Short notice or immediate availability will be advantageous.
