This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
The Customer Service Representative and Receptionist Staff & General Affair will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming environment. They will also assist with general administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and coordination with other departments. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolve issues promptly, and support the HR administration functions as needed. This position requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Candidates must be female, have an SMA/SMK education level, and possess between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in customer service, customer relations, problem solving, and customer support are essential. Proficiency in English and knowledge of customer relationship management systems are required, along with basic HR administration experience.
