Job description for Receptionist & Admin at PT Urban Raga Aktif (Monarch Padel Club)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist members/guests, providing information and guidance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
  • Follow up on monthly bookings and confirmations.
  • Manage and block schedules for coaching sessions and activities in Club (Monarch Padel)
  • Update and maintain weekly coaching spreadsheets.
  • Support administrative tasks related to bookings, payments, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless member experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in hotel front office, admin, or customer service is a plus.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate using basic English
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling customer complaints calmly and effectively.
  • Service-oriented, empathetic, and proactive in customer interactions.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, booking systems, and digital tools.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in supporting daily operations.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends.
