Job description for Reception at W Business Center
· Create a positive and welcoming environment for all members
· Assist with move-in and move-out procedures
· Ensure front desk, lobby & public areas are tidy and presentable
· Manage visitor log and generation of badges
· Answer the phone
· Check, sort and forward emails & phone calls
· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Monitor office expenses
· Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms
· Schedule appointments for all services in the Business Center
