Job description for [Quận 3] Human Resource Executive at Quesscorp
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain hard & soft records of employees/ associates.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Support Trade Union tasks.
- Manage invoices/ client payment.
- Keep up-to-date Master file
- Prepare monthly payroll, overtime calculation etc.
- Manage the annual leave, sick leave according to the external regulations
- Manage social insurance records
- Handle onboarding and offboarding process (probation contract, labor contract, termination..)
- Answer questions regarding eligibility, salaries, benefit, and other information.
- Support all company activities (company trip, year-end party, etc..)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Accounting or related (essential).
- At least 2 years working experience in HR
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Laws and employment equity regulations.
- Good command of English and computer skills
- Teamwork, hard working
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
