Job description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with performance team and support regional application in testing, monitoring, and reporting application performance issues
- Doing regular checking and incidental checking
- Regularly monitoring the results of manual testing, Investigate irregular results and report deviations to the regional team on time
- Helping user in carrying out User Acceptance Tests (UAT), so the application deliveries are met according to expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with at least 1 year work experience in the IT field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good understanding of technology and comfortable working with technical tools
- Ability to summarize and identify the real problem from user
- Passionate about technology and understand how it affects business and society
- Understand the different types of application performance issues
- Expert in Ms Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
