Job description for Quality Assurance Staff at pop enjoy

Responsibilities

Melakukan monitoring dan pengawasan proses produksi di gudang/area operasional
Memastikan proses kerja sesuai SOP, standar mutu, dan regulasi perusahaan
Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas produk sebelum dan sesudah proses produksi
Membuat, mengontrol, dan mengarsipkan dokumen QA seperti checklist, form inspeksi, dan laporan
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Regulatory Affairs (RA) terkait compliance dan kelengkapan dokumen
Menangani temuan ketidaksesuaian (deviation) dan membantu proses tindak lanjut/perbaikan
Melakukan inspeksi kebersihan area kerja dan memastikan implementasi GMP/CPKB (jika applicable)
Membantu proses audit internal maupun eksternal
Memberikan laporan hasil monitoring kepada atasan secara berkala

Qualifications

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Farmasi, Biologi, Kimia, Teknologi Pangan, Kesehatan, atau jurusan terkait
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang QA/QC/Regulatory Affairs lebih disukai
Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar apabila memiliki pemahaman dasar QA & dokumentasi
Memahami sistem mutu, SOP, GMP/CPKB menjadi nilai tambah
Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik
Bersedia melakukan monitoring langsung ke area gudang/produksi
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office terutama Excel dan Word
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan analytical thinking yang baik
