Job description for QC Manufacture at Polygon Bikes
QC MANUFACTURE
Quality Control is a very important process in the manufacturing. You will work in a dynamic work environment and get opportunities to escalate your knowledge of manufacture area in global company and have your very own global experience.
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Ensure all production processes are in accordance with the SOP, specified Work Instruction.
- Oversee the performance of the QC Line in production
- Supervise, control functions in terms of quality-related processes and directing the team
- Oversee implementation of the ISO & Quality Management System
REQUIREMENT :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), Industrial Engineering or Mechanical
- Engineering is preferred
- GPA Minimal 3.00 (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
- Having an internship in a factory, especially QA / QC is a plus
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Have a leadership is a must, good analysis and problem solving skills
- Understand and be able to operate measuring instruments.
- Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment
- Enjoy working as a team and/or working individually
- Think creatively & don't give up easily
- Having an interest in sports, especially cycling
