Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in any industry.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of bidding, supplier negotiations, and billing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work as a maternity leave replacement for a 3-month temporary assignment.
- Work Location: Slipi, West Jakarta.
Job Description :
- Support the Purchasing Assistant Manager on managing day to day operation.
- Comparing and evaluating quotations received from potential suppliers and dealing with any incoming queries.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of goods or services acquired on behalf of the business.
- Register new supplier into FLEX with all valid supporting documents include COE/BPCC.
- Ensuring supplier invoing submitted to Finance team, documented and updated in share folder.
- Maintain and update SharePoint site.
