Job Responsibilities:
Administrative task
Administration of Supplier Offers according to Policy
Administration of Supplier Selection according to the Policy
Administration of New Supplier according to Policy
Supplier Evaluation Administration according to Policy
Contract Documents and PO according to Policy
Administration of the supplier's code of ethics according to the Policy
Create an archive system according to the Policy
Ensuring payment procedures are appropriate to minimize errors and delays in payment which could have an impact on the supply of goods
Complete billing documents such as PO invoices and tax invoices
Appropriateness of the number of goods, the price and acceptance of the system are appropriate
Quality Control supporting documents and weighing documents
Ensure that the shipping document has received a Security stamp
