Job description for Puchasing Import at PT Buana Penta Prima
TRACK ORDERS AND ENSURE ON TIME DELIVERY
1. Coordinate with vendor regarding outstanding order to make sure all order are finished on time.
2. Controlling shipment process from Origin until the order arrive at Warehouse.
3. In case of delay, coordinate with all related party (purchasing, sales, warehouse) regarding any outstanding SO to be fulfilled.
SHIPPING COST EFFECIENCY
Establish and maintain good relationship with all import related party (freight forwarder, PPJK, vendor, customs) in order to get better service and competitive price.
Control and assure all import process from vendor warehouse to ACS warehouse are running smoothly to avoid any unexpected Cost.
DOCUMENT CONTROL
1. Assure all required documents for import process (Invoice / Packing List / Bill of Lading / Certificate of Origin / Preferential Tariff From / MTC / other required documents) are available and ready before vessel arrival.
2. Assure all Inbound in System are created on time.
3. Assure all shipping documents are stored properly (each shipment) and easy to search in case for any NOTUL / customs checking in the future
COORDINATE WITH OTHER DIVISION
1. Actively coordinate and inform to procurement in term of PO readiness.
2. Actively coordinate with finance department in term of payment need to be settled.
3. Actively coordinate with logistic and warehouse in term of shipment incoming.
· Shipment Report (Total Shipment – Total Container / LCL – Total cost per shipment – Total clearance per shipment – Total Tax and Duty paid per shipment)
· SPI Report (Total SPI – SPI Used – Available Quota)
