- Pria/Wanita, Maks 35 Th
- Pendidikan S2 Profesi Psikolog
- Memiliki Surat Izin Praktek ( SIPP )
- Memikiki pengalaman dibidang rekrutmen lebih dari 1 tahun
- Memiliki daya analisa yang kuat bisa membuat laporan psikologi
- Bersedia perjalanan dinas keluar kota jika dibutuhkan
