- Assist end client’s Project Manager to manage day-to-day project activities, monitor project interdependencies, and coordinate with related process owners or stakeholders
- Monitor project management standards are followed
- Monitor project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
- Maintain progress with the internal Program Manager and report issues in a timely manner
- Meet frequently with the end client Project Manager and members of the project team to discuss issues, technical problem resolution, project constraints, project staffing, etc
- Monitor end client project scope control and escalate any project changes to internal Program Manager
- Coordinate, monitor and evaluate execution programs
- Review and track activity plan and schedule of each projects
- Coordinate communication among projects
- Monitor and control of issue response
- Consolidate project status summary and report to internal Program Manager
Have 2 years experience as Project manager
Have 1 years experience in IT Project Implementation
Minimal bachelor graduated from good reputation university
Have experience in digital transformation in related industry
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Have experience in change management process
Prefer certified Project manager
